Menu:

1. Displays Serial Number.
2. Displays the Month and Year of Manufacture (0698)
3. Displays the date where the phone was purchased you can here set the Purchasing Date
4. Displays the date of the last repairment.
5. The next screen has Transfer User Data?
6. To exit turn the phone off and then back on.
